    Accelerating the Energy Transition

As energy policy and security of supply rise up the political agenda in Europe and beyond, hydrogen finds itself back in the spotlight. The EU has increased by two times its target for green hydrogen as it seeks to cut its dependency on Russian oil and gas. At the same time, record fossil fuels prices have helped close the cost gap for a clean energy source that its supporters claim has limitless potential. While policy support is strengthening globally, progress on large scale projects has been slow and questions about the availability of cheap renewable power remain unanswered. These hurdles and others must be overcome if hydrogen is to become a permanent fixture of the global energy mix.

The second FT Hydrogen Summit will feature top executives, policymakers and investors addressing the opportunities and challenges in harnessing the full power of hydrogen - the clean fuel of the future.

We look forward to welcoming you to London in-person on June 2022. Register now in-person tickets are limited.
